Teens and relationships? (can they hold them)

Recently at my school, Dixon High School in Sneads Ferry, NC (usa), had a debate on if teens can hold a serious relationship.

Basically the whole class but two or three said no and they only stay togather if the sex is good enough. The rest of us said that it dont matter about the sex, looks, or anything like that. It's about how you feel about that person and nothing else. That you shouldn't like someone just because of their looks, but their personality, their inner strength, inner beauty. Because when your old, wrinkled, and cripple they wont have the looks they had 30-40 years ago. They will still have their personality and all.

I want your opinion and reasons that you think that. Then send your friends with opinions about this topic. I would like to take it into school and shove it up the asses of the ones that believe sex is the only thing holding relationships togather.

I totally agree with you. Looks shouldn't matter in a relationship, although in our day a lot of times that is what people base relationships on. I have always wished that I could fnid that one guy who didn't look at just looks, but searched deeper into the heart and soul. And I actually think that I've found him :)
